Mark came highly recommended to me via my boss. I called him late on a Saturday afternoon, he promptly came by my house to evaluate my water heater & a minor faucet repair I needed. He discussed price, which was very reasonable, and then immediately scheduled for a convenient time to come back and get the job done. He was efficient, and when the work was complete he showed me and explained what he did. He has financing options too, which was a huge plus. He is super sweet & respectful of property, and did not mind at all that my pups were in the house at times during the install. I'll definitely be having him back for any other plumbing, or heating/cooling jobs I need!

I submitted a request online when my system was not cooling my home and the unit appeared to be frozen over. Within an hour of submitting the request, the owner Mark called me back and within 15 minutes, he was at my house. He immediately determined the issue was a motor blower fan. The repair that was needed to fix my 17 year old unit was going to be an expensive part, so he also gave me an immediate quote to replace the system. After discussing with my husband, we determined a full system replacement was the best route.
