I had a different HVAC company out last week. They told me my system was just under sized.. These guys came by and an hour later my air conditioner was working better than I’ve ever seen it work. (There was a list of problems.)I’m beyond grateful

Hassan did a great job with the system I bought back in 2019. I'm reaching out now for a quote to update my upstairs unit after having to replace the downstairs unit a few years back. Edit: Both my units are now the same model Carrier. Heat and A/C have been working well on the upstairs and downstairs unit, and I am a satisfied customer.

Avoid this HVAC company. First, technician went to unit next door and worked on their HVAC (duplex, ignored my text with address as Unit B, and side entrance, knock and I'd meet to show unit) Tenant texted me and I went over to inform tech they were in the wrong unit. Told me I owed 150 for that non requested work. Second, tech worked on correct unit. I specifically said I wanted a 50 diagnostic only (this was a 2nd opinion to another company service call) Came down 10 minutes later and said I owed 150 and he fixed it. I would have gladly paid the extra 100 if asked first. Asked what fixed and tech said nothing, just tune up and jumped a switch, but company owner said they replaced gas pressure switch. Both tech and owner were aggressive and rude when I asked why they fixed and wanted 150

Hassan and the team are great. Timely, professional, knowledgable and took the time to explain all the issues we were having along with recommendations. By far the best HVAC team we have worked with yet.

Hassan and crew did an excellent job replacing my basement heat pump system and adding a supply and return registers. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future when my remaining systems "retire".
