Coolmore Air and Heat absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. They came out on incredibly short notice and worked completely around my availability so I didn’t have to miss any work which alone was amazing. I was given a one-hour arrival window, and Billy literally pulled up one minute before the window started (and my house is not easy to find!). Billy diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and I was shocked when he casually walked back to his truck and came back with the replacement part already in hand. No delays, no waiting, no extra scheduling. Within about 20 minutes, my air conditioning was fully repaired and running perfectly. But he didn’t stop there! Before leaving, he cleaned my condenser and gave special attention to the coils so it could “breathe” better and run

Everyone over at Coolmore has been a pleasure to work with. We needed our ductwork completely redone and had been dreading it - but we were not only given a very fair price, but wonderful service too. The office staff have been so kind and communicative and the techs onsite were friendly and mindful. They cleaned up after themselves well and were extremely mindful of our pets and toddler (and they even let him "help"!). I'm so glad we found this company and we will be using them for any HVAC needs in the future!

Honest service. Evan explained what was going on with my AC in a way I could actually understand and got it taken care of without dragging it out. Prices were fair too, which I really appreciated.
