Exceptional service from CoolServ HVAC. I had a catastrophic failure of the outside unit and due to the age of my previous HVAC (18yrs) a full replacement was needed. In only 5 days the old outdoor unit, split unit air handler, and all existing duct work was removed and replaced with all new ducts, trunk, outside and inside unit. New copper was also run as existing line was inadequate for the replacement system. I was always kept aware of progress throughout the project and had every question answered and explained. The new system was the perfect recommendation; I couldn't be happier with the overall service from start to finish. Hopefully I'll never have a major issue like this again, but if I did I would immediately call CoolServ HVAC to fix the problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Coolserv HVAC and Nate! We called for an HVAC service call after another company told us our unit was not fixable and that we needed a full system replacement. Nate came out, thoroughly inspected our system, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Instead of pushing a new HVAC installation, he found the actual problem and completed the repair the same day. Our heat/air system is running perfectly now. Wow-just wow! When my air conditioner stopped working, I had another company come out who told me it wasn't repairable and tried to sell me not just a new AC, but an entirely new heating system too. I knew my unit was old, but I simply couldn't afford a full replacement. Then Nathan from CoolServ HVAC came out. He was honest and upfront-he acknowledged that my system had issues and that a full replacement would eventually be needed, but he also said he could get it running again. And he did! In just a few hours, I had cool air flowing through my home again. Knowing I don't have to replace everything right away was such a huge relief. Nathan is amazing, and I highly recommend CoolServ HVAC if you want honesty, skill, and peace of mind.

Nate came out to do routine maintenance on our units. Nate is very easy going, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to give on a diagnosis on one unit we have had trouble with for the past year. Nate’s helper, Elliott, did a fantastic job and is a great addition to Nate’s team. We are looking forward to Nate returning to fix one of our units.
