Able was excellent in advising us on our situation, he quickly identified the issue we were having and corrected the circuit breaker problem. Able is a courteous and a wholesome individual and explained everything he was doing. Overall, A great person. Very knowledgeable!

Update to previous review. Not sure if the following staff work for Coomes or Willard but shoutout to Robbie, Roxy, Service Manager Robert and Senior Service Tech Byron for making it right! GET A SECOND OPINION!! Disappointed in the service I received. After 2 visits and over $400 out of pocket, I identified and resolved my own issue… a clogged drain but was told I needed a brand new system! Other than the tech being punctual with a great personality, I have nothing else good to say!

Abel was very professional. Explained our AC issue very well, making it easy to understand and make a decision. He saved us a lot of future issues and discomfort by catching a major problem in advance. I would recommend him and Coomes to anyone.

Gabe from Coomes checked out my HVAC system for summer to make sure it can withstand the Texas heat, and he (as always) did an amazing job. He was professional, explained what he was doing, how my system was faring and had a smile the whole time. Love having these guys take care of my needs!

Absolutely amazing service. Explained everything that was going on what needed to be done and what not needed to be done. Great personalities really made us feel comfortable with them being here and working on our air conditioning in our home. If ever we have another problem with our air they are the guys we'd call. We appreciate everything they did for us today! And two of the best personalities that I've talked to in a long long time. These workers are the type of people I would have over for dinner!!!!
