My township has a very resrictive storm water management ordinance that required installing a seepage pit plumbed to the down spouts on my house before I could build a patio. A large firm operating in the tristate area quoted me over $30,000 for design and build, which was 3 times what I had budgeted for the patio. After speaking to Jake at Cooney services, he spoke with the township to understand what was required, helped me with the sizing and dimensions to come up with a drawing to appease the township review process, and they did the job for a fraction of what the large engineer and build firm was going to cost. We just built the house of our dreams! The Cooney Services Team were instrumental in making it all come to life. There were some intricate accommodations that needed to be considered with the complexity of our build and Dwight's team brought it all together at exactly the right time to not interfere with other trades. We couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Cooney Services for any site work. We will also be using them for future work around the property like a stamped concrete patio. We have used Cooney Services for the last four years to install a septic system Sand mound and do other excavating work for us at our farm in the Doylestown area. I highly recommend Cooney Services.
