The installation of my heat pump got off to a bit of bumpy start but Cooper Lane stood behind their work and smoothed everything out, to everyone's satisfaction. Gail (the friendly, helpful voice of Cooper Lane) and Matt M (senior technician extraordinaire) are my heroes, and you couldn't find better people to interact with. Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling were recommended to me by a local professional and I would not hesitate to do the same.

David and his staff were very accommodating. They did a great job, left our home in an immaculate condition. The system works great, keeping us warm! This was the second project they have done for us. As a restoration Architect I highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.

Had an issue with our furnace. Tyler came out and was friendly without being obsequious. He explained the issue clearly and concisely. Had it fixed within a couple hours, and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call on this company again.
