Cooper Mechanical Services

I have been using Cooper Mechanical for my Heating and Cooling needs. I have an older set of units and they always seem to go down after normal business hours. I have had to call twice this summer for such cases. I am able to reach their on call service at night and on weekends. Both times I had a service call executed within 1 1/2 hours. Both repairs were successful and reasonably price service call visits. My last call I had the technician Edward. He was meticulous in the repair and also noticed that my unit needed cleaning. He stayed the extra 1/2 hour to save me a future call as the unit needed this service. I highly recommend Cooper and they even fixed my pool heater this summer. It is a one stop shop!!! Mike

Not impressed. Not professional. Over priced. Unfriendly. Pass.....I was a landlord decades up north. Its different down here. I was told in NJ by a friend. Lousy workmanship in the Carolinas

Cooper Mechanical Services was fantastic! We called on a Sunday, and the man who helped us was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely solved our problem. Exceptional service when we needed it most. Highly recommend!

Today we had Caleb Brown from Cooper Machanical come and do a HVAC Maintenance on our Condo. I was so impressed with how he took care of our unit. It needed more cleaning than normal and he took the time too make sure to get things cleaned up and tested! I felt like he really cared to make sure we had things done well! I will be having them service our condo rental HVAC twice per year! They do a very thorough job to insure everything is good. They are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company. Lynn Mitchell handles their contracts and she is excellent to work with!

Shady company. Negligence on their part in air conditioner maintenance has caused water damages to my ceiling. . (Confirmed by previous supervisor who replaced the cracked pipe that should have been noticed when they were in the crawl space for air conditioner check up.) supervisor planned on repairing ceiling but change of management (supervisor is now gone)has created an issue in which this company does not want to take responsibility for the damages they have caused. I have ALL documentation. This needs to be dealt with NOW! CROOKED. - BEWARE!
