Rick was great. He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary materials, fixed the leak, and repaired the pipe in a timely manner. The price was fair, and I was mainly happy to have the issue resolved so quickly. Rick is very professional and clearly experienced.

We had an emergency repair, and Jake was fantastic. He communicated clearly about when he would arrive and showed up right on time. He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly, all while keeping us informed throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, truly outstanding service!

Wayne was communicative, friendly and honest. We have a relatively new Bosch inversion heat pump so everything was fine. He noticed that our water heater was very old and suggested we replace it before it leaks. He did not pressure us to use Cooper. We have been very pleased with Cooper .
