First the initial inspection was very informative as the estimator shared with me the photographs taken of the roof damage and areas in need of repair. The installers, a team of 4, were punctual each day. As they worked, they kept me informed of what was being done and showed me some of the materials from the damaged areas repaired. After the job was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up my yard and around my house. I also had them re-roof an old Tuff Shed on the property. They did a fine job on that roof too. After all the work was done, they photographed both the house roof and the shed roof and shared those photos with me. As I walk around the house, I can see the improvements they made during the installation. They did a very good job.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Getting extensive roof repairs is a stressful process, and Cooper Roofing saved the day. Their costumer service, their estimate process, their scheduling process, and finally their work were all TOP NOTCH. The workers showed up on time each day and left my property spotless when they left. I can now breathe easy when it rains knowing I had quality roof work done. Thank you SO MUCH, Cooper Roofing!!!! Roof needed repair as it was leaking (rumor has it that the original builder had not used high quality underlayment in 1999). Cooper Roofing recommended taking off the concrete tiles, replacing the underlayment and then putting the original concrete tiles back on. Cooper Roofing was very professional and did an excellent job of performing this work. I highly recommend them if roof work is needed.

I asked Cooper Roofing to give me an estimate on bringing my roof back up to par after a previous solar company damaged over 60 tiles and the repair they performed was not to my expectations. They came out and while they were not the cheapest of quotes I received from other vendors, their warranty and quality of repair was the best.
