Cooper's Inc

We have used Coopers for a couple different projects now. We have received great work each time with good communication and will definitely be using them for any future work! Thank you to Chris and jacob for being very respectful in our home and coming up with a better solution to our situation. and of course Holly who always answers the questions when we call !

Tyler was professionsal, friendly, on time and did the job. I would recommend Tyler and Coopers Plumbing for future work.

Worst company ever. Took my money and never gave me a quote as promised. And my drain was still clogged by them after they left. Didn't even run the whole line just from house to clean out about 20 feet, the other 60-70 feet they didn't even touch. Also arrived 15 minutes early didn't call to or anything to tell me they were there but charged me for that 15 minutes that i wasn't even home yet for I was at work as I told them when I scheduled the appointment. Cost me total of like $400 and I got nothing out of it. Will never call again and will never recommend them to anyone ever. Thank you Cooper's for taking my money and scamming me. We have used Cooper's Plumbing on several occasion over the last year and each time we have been so happy with the work they provided. Chris is fantastic. He is always on time and is constantly working when he is here. He leaves the areas he works in spotless when he is done. He is very knowledgeable and makes good suggestions if we ask. Thank you so much. We will be calling them again in the future.

I called Cooper's Inc this morning for central A/C repair & was scheduled with an appointment for early tomorrow morning. I got a call back from Cooper's saying they could work me in this afternoon....so I appreciated that. They came & fixed the A/C quickly, charged a fair price, and Boyd (the serviceman) was very friendly. He explained everything to me. I am very happy with the whole experience.
