Cootes Farm Roofing was amazing to work with! I had a roof leak and with a storm predicted in 2 days, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix the problem before the rain came in. I called Cootes Farm Roofing and they said they could have someone out there to look at my roof that very same day! They showed up, had everything they needed with them to make my repair, and had it done within an hour. Everyone I spoke to and dealt from the initial phone call to the tradesman that came out to handle the repair were very kind and courteous, which is becoming more and more rare. I would recommend Cootes Farm Roofing 10 out of 10 times!

I would like to start with a good response time from my initial call getting an estimate. From there I got a couple more estimates and Cootes was lower by 900 dollars. Dale gave me a start date and showed up a day early with a week notice tore off old metal roof and a layer of shingles below that. Great job had a large enough employees to finish and clean up 🧹 was very good all same day. Dale came by next day to look everything over and see if I was satisfied. I said yes and he said good then he gave it a look over to make sure he was satisfied. Dale and his crew 👍
