Copeland Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical Repair Services

Our AC unit was not cooling and we called Copeland home services in hopes of them being able to come out not only the same day, but on a Saturday. Not only were they able to send someone out today, on a Saturday, they sent a phenomenal technician to help us. I have worked in customer care all of my life and I can say without a doubt Jordan is the standard for excelling in customer service. Jordan was polite, patient, and went above and beyond to educate me on what was going on and how we can improve our system. I highly recommend Jordan and Copeland home services.

​I had a great experience with Copeland Air Conditioning Service. Luke was incredibly thorough while servicing our AC unit and explained everything he was doing. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very courteous and respectful of our home. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be asking for him specifically for all our future maintenance!

Koyt Rowan came out and serviced and quoted me on all the work I needed. Very helpful and supportive. Took the time to answer all my questions I wanted to know. Showed me pictures and little things I can do on my own. Very pleased with this company and what they are doing. Koyt was honest and will be scheduling an appointment to get my work done. Ask other company to come give me an assessment but they were not good. I will come back on and do a review for the work that will be done as well.

I’m honestly tired of giving this company chances. They seem like nice people, but the way they handle pricing feels very disappointing. This past Sunday, I paid over $700 for a 30 minute visit. THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT THERE FOR OVER 3 hours! I had camera footage to prove it. I was told a detailed story about returning Monday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. to follow up. That never happened. Instead, another technician was sent out to present even more charges. The two options I was given were shocking. One quote was over $11,000, and the temporary solution was $1,700. That is on top of the nearly $800 already paid the day before. I should have insisted on getting everything in writing, but I truly expected better. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using this company.

Jordan came out to my home and was truly exceptional from start to finish. He was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how much time he took to educate me rather than just rush through a service call. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about my home and ongoing maintenance. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine care and a desire to help me make the best decisions. Jordan also took the time to get me set up with a membership so I don’t have to constantly think about maintenance going forward, which honestly gave me so much peace of mind. It’s clear he’s not just there to fix something and leave. He truly cares about the customer experie
