Every one of Copeland's employees is very helpful and responsive. They answer their phones and emails immediately. I haven't seen a single structure produced incorrectly, whereas many precasters will commonly produce the structures with errant deviations from the approved design. They are quick to return submittal drawings and quick to produce the structures after submittal approval. It's a pleasure working with their team.
