Copper Electric Company

Called to check out a light upstairs that was acting out. Dave said he'd come look at it. 30 minutes prior to appt, called and canceled because at a bigger job. Says they'd call Monday to reschedule. No call by Wednesday, so i called. Spoke with a male. When scheduling, i said it'd be best to come out at 330 any day of the week, as my husband is home from work by then. Guy commented back, "oh, you need the man of the house there with us". I said "No, i just don't get off till 530, if hed like to come out that late". His response, "we can come at 3, do the work, and you can make me a cheese burger at 6". He and another guy came out. Looked at the light. Replaced one switch and left. Lights working fine. Received Bill and its ridiculous! Charged 2 people labor at $55 each, a $45 trip charge

The hospitality was very nice. Very friendly gentleman. I think his name was Vince. Hope to visit again.

Vince seemed like a nice knowledgeable guy. Had a nice visit with him.
