We had a clicking sound emulating from the water line going into our 27 year old water heater. It was the day before Christmas eve and we weren't sure if we could get somone to come out to diagnose the sound. We decided to call our go to plumbers at Copperfield Plumbing. Josh came out and diagnosed a bad ball valve. We thought it would be a good idea to replace the water heater as we didn't want to put good money into an old water heater. Josh was able to replace the entire water heater, install new ball valve and add a pan and new strap in under two hours. Josh did a great job and confirmed why we decided to call Copperfield Plumbing in the first place.
