I was extremely satisfied with the service from the office making the appointment in a timely manner to the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians that came to the house. They were on time even early and courteous and knew what they were doing I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Copperhead plumbing &heating has done a lot of work for me. The plumbers and Vincent, electrician, are professional and know their business. From changing faucets, draining tubs,replacing water heater to fixing circuit breakers. Excellent work. Mary and Amanda are very nice to talk with when calling on urgent matters. I highly recommend this company.

I found Vincent Borino’s mannerisms, language and behavior brash, rude, impatient, dismissive and incredibly disrespectful. I was also overcharged by him by almost over $200. It appears to be, but I certainly hope his behavior was not a deliberate act of differential treatment and deceptive financial practices. As a valued customer, I expect to be provided with every opportunity to ask questions, determine any ongoing maintenance , and be informed in a timely manner without the Electrician making uncalled for, unnecessary rude demands for immediate payment and being impatiently rushed. I was paying my hard earned money and not seeing any favors. Vincent’s behavior was unacceptable and intolerable. After a heavy rain, my sump pump failed and my basement started flooding. I called several plumbers for emergency service, but most said it would take 3–8 hours. Kyle from Copperhead Plumbing arrived within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue, cleared out the water, replaced the sump pump, and installed new discharge piping. The price wasn’t cheap, but the quality and speed of service made it worthwhile. Very satisfied and would recommend Copperhead Plumbing.

Copperhead did an excellent job replacing my tank gas water heater. This is the fourth time I have used Copperhead starting in 2018, and each time they have been prompt, neat, polite and efficient. I intend to call Copperhead for my future plumbing needs.
