The two stars come from the quick response and proficient installation. The three missing stars are as followed: 1) Does the work without giving you a cost. 2) Charges $364 for what is a routine problem. I've been in retail for 20 years and never had I seen a charge this high for a repair and replacement of a lock cylinder. I won't be using this company again. I feel like they thrive on one-shot service calls because they are mobile and respond quickly. You live and learn.
Would highly recommend Leon. Leon knows his business, he's reliable, on time and fast. He's a magician.
