Coral Springs Sprinkler Repair

I called on a Sunday (knowing they were not there...just to leave a message) and promptly got a call back first thing Monday morning from the owner Billy. He said he would be able to come out that morning for the estimate. He called when he was there and gave me the price. He was able to do the job at the same time. THAT'S SERVICE!!!!! I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

Billy came out to unclog our sprinkler system, was super nice and helpful. He also installed a new timer which then caused electrical issues and electric needing to be replaced. We had an electrician come out and he told us that we needed the sprinkler timer changed out to a lower voltage. BILLY GHOSTED US. I called and texted his company for over 4 weeks trying to get in touch, even offering to pay for him to come back out and assist. No answer at all. Now I am left with a bad sprinkler timer and the same issues I had in the first place. Billy, if you see this I am honestly concerned that you were so helpful from the start, and then now completely off the grid... I honestly hope you are okay and you can circle back to assist us again.

Excellent customer service and honest businessman. Billy came to my residence and told me what the issue was. He recommended I fix it myself to avoid a costly repair. Long story short, what he told me was the issue was in fact the problem. I will be using Billy in the future for any sprinkler/plumbing related issues. I highly recommend this company. Called Billy for an estimate (which was free) and he explained what was wrong and came back within an hour to replace my sprinkler clock. Overall great customer service, prices and the job was done properly. Would highly recommend!

Sort of amazing to my wife & I to see some of these "bad reviews". We have used this company since we bought our house 9 years ago. Probably about 4-5 times. "Billy"oi00o the owner has been very responsive, very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Coral Springs Sprinkler Repair & find it hard to believe the disparaging remarks. Guess there are 2 sides to every story & then there is the TRUTH.
