I have recently hired Coralaire Mechanical twice. The first time was for a unit in a building we own. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning and servicing the unit and communicating with the tenants. Then we had a client's AC fail in a house we were selling. The client lives out of state and told us to handle it. They gave us a fair price and took care of it quickly. Very positive experiences. We will be using this company again.

I just want to thank Jason and his team for continued maintenance and repair of our air-conditioning units over the years. His team is always respectful and has excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable and always on time. Even when our AC has not been working properly, they are quick to show up to the house and fix it to keep us cool during the hot months. Prices have always been more than reasonable. We highly recommend using them for all of your air-conditioning/ HVAC needs in Broward County.

Coralaire Services Inc was hired to find the cause of the AC freezing and rising temperatures within the apartment. After coming out multiple visits the Freon was low on multiple occasions. The manager of Coralaire Inc kept pressing the assumption of the AC filter being dirty however it always pointed to Freon or the real reason which has yet to be found out after switching out the entire unit. The new unit is still freezing just like the old unit. In addition to the issue not fully being resolved there was a mess left behind after the work was completed which questions the professionalism with the company. I've used Coral Aire a few times now. First to install a new A/C at a rental property and more recently for a repair at my house. I was amazed at quickly they got it done at a fair price. Jason set it up and and his team was here within hours. Highly recommend!

Coral Aire has been my go-to for years. They are responsive and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The price is always affordable and fair and they are honest. Family owed business by a local business owner. 5 stars all the way.
