Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with communication and very accommodating to our situation. My son bought a duplex that the insurance company required certain repairs to roof, siding, and soffits to be completed within 2 weeks otherwise they would drop him. Closing dates changed 3 times and Daniel was there within 4 days of close and had all repairs completed. We will definitely only be using him for any future projects and will recommend to everyone. It is so hard to find reliable contractors that not only keep to timelines, but also go above and beyond.
