This company is very professional. We have been replaced five AC's for our families and after few estimates, Corde's Service is the one with the best price and service. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable technicians. They do everything possible to make sure the job is done to your expectations.

Cordes service corp installed my unit and coil, I am super happy with the service I setup an appointment to budget the project . The owner replied super fast he sent me a technician to see the amount of work need it ,in the same week I got approved the work and the installation was done .the techs were super professionals they know how to work , very polite , they even used the naylon boots to protect my floor from getting dirty. I will recommend this company 100 %. It is a great company.

This company has been in my apartment more than 10 times in one month trying to fix the same exact problem. Initially, they told me that the compressor in my AC unit had to be changed. The compressor was changed but the AC still did not work properly. During their next visit, it turned out that it wasn’t the compressor but another piece that was damaged. The damaged piece was replaced; but again, AC worked for a few hours and then stopped cooling. Now after many visits and phone calls, they are telling me that my compressor needs to be changed for the second time in a month. They also show up hours late every time and ask to work in my apartment while I’m not there. They are a terrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
