Don't ever live here. I am being kicked out for asking for my stove to be fixed which has not worked for a month and even said me and my r9mmate would have to get a new one. It didn't even work when I moved in.

The landlords have neglected this building ever since they bought it and I hope you like mold because the amount of mold in this building is very unsettling to think about. Every time you enter the building you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke and the landlords stop by unannounced on the regular, which is very illegal and unpractical.. also this building is a fire hazard because the landlord is a “handy man” who thinks he can fix all the water problems by himself and has no clue what he’s talking about …..0/10 experience!!

Landlord is incredibly rude and condescending- does not honor previously made agreements.

The apartments need Fix-ups Which don't get done. Expensive for the Condition of Apts.
