Core saved us the headache of questioning the value of the house we ultimately purchased. Phil is an honest man and explained clearly the pros and cons of the "bones" of the house. His report (done ahead of schedule!) enabled us to make a counter offer that justified the repair costs we would incur. Buying a house is the largest investment most people make. Using a pro like Phil is just a smart thing to do.
