Due to a water leak and mold in our home in May of 2024 we were pushed into using CORE for the packout and storage. Packing fresh food in a box and batteries and lightbulbs in another should have been the indication of how badly this would end. Not advising that items would be stored a few states away and not accessible and the close to $40,000 to pack and store items were another problem. Upon final return of our household items - they lost and damaged items. Then refused to show a breakdown of how the reimbursement works. Now over four months later we still have not settled- we receive no contact and they have ignore the insurance company. Core Restores is an excellent company that provides fantastic communication to me. I had a kitchen fire and contacted two other restoration companies; neither responded to my questions nor to the estimate they submitted. In these times, to find a contractor who is willing to assist and guide you through a hazardous life experience is truly a blessing.

I appreciate the support; however, I was disappointed to find two of my flat screen tv's left in the back alley of my house.

I can't say enough positive comments about my experience with the Core team, throughout the entire restoration process. The Core team was very responsive, flexible in scheduling, and extremely professional. The 4-person team sent to return our contents were the absolute BEST. They worked with our family to quickly process all contents (and there was a LOT). Whatever was deemed trash, they loaded back on their trucks, and would dispose of once they returned to home base. I would highly recommend the Core Team if you ever find yourself in need for such services.

The team that did the pack-out did a great job, they were courteous and efficient but their customer service team is by far the worst. I was bombarded with phone calls by the sales guy when they were trying to get my business, but since then it takes multiple phone calls and emails to get a hold of anybody. I can't even get a copy of the invoices to make payment and have my items returned. 0/10 would not recommend.
