This is the type of company who will only do the minimum amount of effort for the minimal amount of cost. They are the type of company to leave a window in a broken state before a tenant moves in and in order to hide it just turns on the heater. They will also just make you wait in silence for 2 weeks before addressing a maintenance request. They're the type of company that a renter needs to fight for every little thing. My advice know your renter rights and site regulations if possible. If you know how to advocate yourself you might be able to get a tech at your house in a reasonable time but even then they will only Band-Aid the root problem.

If you do not want your lawn trashed then stay away. When complained the owner blamed me for lawn being wet. I did not tell them to mow after a rain storm. They also will charge you for services not rendered.

The lawn work is fine, but they continuously miss a GIANT weed in the corner of my yard, forcing me to call every time they come out to take care of it. They are not responsive at all. The woman who answers the phone is very nice, and I’m sure she’s giving all the messages to Greg, but he is almost always in Florida and rarely responds to an email or follows through on anything. You’re just told that you’re “on the list” while nothing happens. I have asked numerous times for more frequent bills, and tomorrow is September. I have not received 1 bill. I’m definitely done with this company.

Working with Core was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. We consistently had to chase them down for the services we requested. They completed about half our work, and left the sealing of our driveway and patio sitting for nearly 2 weeks (after taking everything off each and power washing). Eventually we told them to cancel our job all together. Super inefficient and unorganized company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Horrendous experience. I used them for 2 years and each year the lawn service would be subpar. Eventually they started weed wacking and breaking parts of my fence because they were too close to it. I called multiple times to get someone out and when they did they had a guy come and place white tape over the holes. I complained more and then they gave us $200 back. My last straw was when they never sent me an invoice for last summer, so i started sending checks while emailing explaining they need to invoice me. Nothing. So i stopped sending checks. I continue to email for invoice, again no response. So now I’m emailing saying “please stop services” since i hired someone new and still no response. Do not hire them for anything.
