Purchased over 3k square feet of LVP from one of their distributors. Flooring ended up having some issues and distributor said I should contact CPF for a warranty claim. Sent in all necessary pictures and paperwork as they requested and after multiple follow up emails I received one reply that said they’re working on it. Over a month and a half and haven’t heard back at all. Multiple calls, emails, texts to get an update and floors are definitely still under warranty. They seem to be delaying in order to avoid the issue. Although they replied over a year later stating they “resolved” the issue it is untrue. I paid to replace the full amount after months of trying to contact them and never got a reply until now saying the fixed the issue but did not.

I had my Core Proof (Mimo Oak)floors installed 18 months ago. At first there were some minor imperfections that I was willing to overlook, however over the last year it appears that the entire house is lifting or chipping. Every single room has defective planks that are separated at the seams or chipped. I purchased 2k feet of this and I am beyond disappointed. I had my previous laminate flooring for more than 10 years and there was zero separation or cracks I only changed it because it was a dark brown wood. I currently have runners and rugs all over the house to hide the floor because it looks terrible. What a disappointment. I am posting a picture in the end of what the seams should look like.
