You need patience guys if you’re gonna load in this place!!! such a big place like this no sign for checking in, no sign for pick up location… Worst place ever

Drivers BEWARE!! The last 2 times I have sent a driver into this shipper to pick up a load has been absolutely one of the worst experiences for my drivers. They partially load your trailer to get you “stuck” on their yard and then hold you for HOURS before they ever finish loading you. 1st time we had to go back over the weekend to pick up our trailer and this last time they held my driver for 9 1/2 hours! They only pay detention time after 4 hours of waiting on their yard!! Just know you will not be compensated for your time spent here!!

Same story as others. Maybe we'll learn to read reviews BEFORE accepting the load.. Have ran a few loads out of this location and every time, it's been over 4 hours waiting and only going 200 miles.. You can't run your business effectively.. Why order trucks if your orders aren't ready? Carriers don't get paid by the hour and it's counterproductive to book a truck and have them waiting for hours "consistently". That points back to disorganization, confusion, and abusing if carriers.

If I could give them a ZERO stars I would! Please stay away from them! The shipping office is down right rude! We sat over 6 hours just to get turned away. They did not have the product! The customer swore at my driver. Than they don't want to pay for their mess up! Save yourself and get another load!!!
