Cornelius Contracting

We recently hired Cornelius Contracting to replace all the flooring in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled a massive scope of work, including: • Downstairs: Beautiful new LVP flooring throughout. • Upstairs: Fresh, high-quality carpet. • Wet Areas: Precise tile installation in the bathrooms and laundry. The team was incredibly efficient and managed to keep the project moving without any delays. Most importantly, they stayed exactly on budget. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers this level of quality while being so reliable. Highly recommended!

We recently had Sebastian and his Company replace a loose floor board. They took care to remove the loose one and install the replacement boards. They also addressed an area at the base of our island (a gap between the island base and the quarter round). The work looks good and we are happy with the results.

These guys came in to replace 10 or so cracked tiles. They were very efficient and got the job done without any issue. Professional and kind are how I would describe the crew and the service we received. Thanks guys!

Used Cornelius Contractors to remove wood look tile and reinstall different wood-look tile, countertops and back splash. Could not had been more pleased. Workers were excellent! On time, worked hard and did outstanding work. They took time and helped us choose the right shades of tiles and more importantly guided us on a 10’x6’ piece of quartzite that was and is Fabulous! Changed entire look of the kitchen remodel. Strongly recommend taking a hard look at Cornelius Contractors! Their design, prep and workers are outstanding!

My hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful. I had a positive experience with this company particularly working with Doug and Sebastian. In all transparency I did have issues with my initial installment of laminate flooring, which may have been a bigger issue with the quality of the brand , I'm not sure. However, Doug was very easy to work with and explained the differences in flooring (laminate vs hardwood and an overview of the different floors within those categories). We chose hardwood to replace the laminate and they are absolutely gorgeous and elevates the look of my home. I waited some time before doing a review to ensure the floors held up and I am very please with the installment and my selection.
