Cornerstone Concrete Ltd

Cornerstone Concrete was the subcontractor for Pulte Homes for our driveway. We have cracking and crumbling at every relief cut on the driveway after only 2 months of moving in/closing. Three issues have arisen. First, we have photographs demonstrating that the driveway was not cut within 3 days of being poured; the American Concrete Standards say that it should be cut within 24 hours. Second, for a 4 inch deep driveway (which is standard in Ohio), the cuts should be 1 inch deep. Our cuts are only 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep, which has caused the cracking and crumbling issues. Third, the apron is 12-14 feet in length and the maximum length is should be is 10 feet (again pursuant to the American Concrete Institute standards).

My wife and I had a new home built and Cornerstone did all of our concrete work. I can't say enough great things about Dave and his crew. They did such an outstanding job on the initial project, we called them to have them expand our driveway as well. We have seen many concrete contractors in our neighborhood since we moved into this new community and none of them compare to the quality and professionalism that Dave and his crew have shown to us. We will be working with them again when we put our patio in next Spring. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Concrete for any of your concrete projects.

Based off of the erratic driving of the truck today on 62 in Richville, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Completely reckless. I’m sure the lives of the many vehicles you were trying to run off of the road are not nearly as important as your destination today. Horrible representation of a company.

Anthony and his crew did a great job on our concrete floor! I was very happy with the great service they provided with a fair price!
