There is so much to say about the work Dave does. I have used him around properties I manage for over a decade and would not recommend anyone other than Dave. Excellent workmanship, very professional and communicative! We are very detail oriented and David exceeded our expectations. We have an old farmhouse that we have been remodeling. He repaired, re-parged/skim coated the foundation and did a decorative finish on it. Our foundation has large daylight windows and is like a walkout with a very exposed foundation. It turned out beautifully! He showed up on time, job completed quickly, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend David.
