They did a great job of repairing our shower, including going to get the correct parts to do the job, because we had bought something that wouldn't work for our shower. Can’t say enough good things about Cornerstone. The pricing was reasonable (another plumber tried to charge me $400 more for the same job), and Jaime was smart and proactive, noticing issues I didn’t even think to ask him about. One thing he noticed was only a $35 fix (he obviously brought it up just to conscientious, not because he’d make a huge profit by mentioning) and the other thing he did as a favor without even charging me (he offered to move my hot water heater because he noticed my husband was laying flooring & wanted to make it easier on him!) This is a genuinely nice guy! After the big repair we hired him for, my heat was not kicking on from air getting in the line (hey, it happens). An employee screamed at myself and my 9 year old son. We are staying in a condo beside a unit that called about a leak at the beach for our vacation. My son was using the provided hose of the vacation property to wash the sand off his feet. This man from cornerstone came into my sons space and started screaming at me that I cut off the water to the entire unit. We had literally just arrived and using the hose and certainly didn’t touch any water cutoff. This man proceeded to scream for several minutes at us until the nice man from the other condo asked him to stop. He later told me he couldn’t believe the employee had done that and no one should ever be spoken to that way but especially a female and her son. The hoa to the building made a complaint and my husband did too and we have yet to
