Cornerstone staff when called were prompt courteous. When our furnace was out, they provided space heaters. The installers,Bill and Liam were very knowledgeable, Hard-working, Kind, helpful, pleasant, and patient with us explaining everything. We will definitely be requesting them for further work, which will be getting done here.

Cornerstone was amazing! We had issues with our heat, our bedroom was 80 degrees and the rest of the house was 68. They came and identified the issue, presented a solution and finished in a timely manner. When the solution didn’t work they came back and did two zones which fixed our heating issue instantly! The workers were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and diligently. I would highly recommend them if you need work done!

My furnace went out on a 1° night, and they sent someone out check it at 2:30 a.m. They sent a tech — Russell — back at 9 a.m. to fix it, and he had it running in about 10 minutes. He was polite and informative, and set me up with their Comfort Care program for annual checks on my system. Even the office staff was caring and professional, and took care of me promptly. Overall a great experience!

The installation of my new furnace was a positive experience. Thanks to Tom Sochia, Sales Manager, for locating a compatable unit available. Thanks to Nate and Derrick the technicians that installed the unit. They were skilled, friendly, and informative. They completed the installation quickly and they cleaned up like they were never here. My home is now warm again.

I contacted Cornerstone when our furnace stopped working. Luke showed up that afternoon and, after thoroughly examining our system, shared that our furnace had several issues. Tom provided us with a detailed estimate that offered us different levels of repair. My wife and I chose to replace our entire system. Our installation team - Bill and Thaddeus - did an amazing job removing our old system and installing our new furnace.
