I'm so grateful to everyone at Cornett Heating & Cooling and big shout out to Julie, Zach, Will, Ryan and Rick! Everyone is so great to work with and they're such as awesome team together! I had a humidity issue in my house which was caused by a previous HVAC installer and Cornett Heating and Cooling was able to do all the diagnostics on my BOSCH to ensure that it was running properly. I'm so impressed with their excellent customer service and attention to detail! Will and his team was able to expand out my existing ductwork and increase my return airflow by 40% which will increase the efficiency of my unit. I couldn't be happier with their work and expertise! Friday we woke to find that our heat had gone out overnight with an outdoor temperature below freezing predicted all weekend. On a friend’s recommendation I called Cornett’s Heating and Cooling. I called around 9:30 am Friday and, of course with the bitter cold temperature outside, they had a fully booked schedule. They said they would put us on the schedule for Saturday morning as a worst case scenario and would call me if anything came available any sooner. Fifteen minutes later they said they think they’d be able to see us by close of business and then the Saturday appointment wouldn’t be necessary. They called me again not 10 minutes later to say that another job was finishing soon and a service tech was available me if I was available at 3:30 pm. Not ten minutes later, they called an

Very responsive and professional from start to finish. I was very impressed with every employee that I met. I had a new heat pump and air handler installed in less than 48 hours after initial phone contact. Great company.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I read the first review who probably worked there and I was duped. They charged $135.00 just to come to my place. They disconnected the electric to my mini split, left and then told me a diagnostic of what's wrong would be another $365.00 because he didn't have any of his tools to do it with him. He showed up without any tools for a diagnostic? What was he doing? Then they came out again and informed me there might be a leak but can't tell and it would be over $1,000.00 to plug the coil, no guarantees. They laughed as they were leaving, high fiving about this rip off. When I called the office , the girl was frank, uncaring and said take the quote or leave it. VERY RUDE company. I am retired and they took one look at me and started jacking up their prices. I called

Cornett heating is the best. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem within 15 mins. Ordered the part 25 mins later and picked up the part and back at my house in little over an hour and all of this on a Friday afternoon before the snowstorm of the decade!!! Thanks to the 2 very nice young men that restored our heat so quickly and Danny for getting the part ordered so fast!! So appreciate the great service we receive from this company!!
