So hard to find honest, good, reliable people to do work, it’s such a relief when you get a company that has those ethics like Cortez Roofing. You can tell he’s been doing this for countless years. And he does a great job in explaining things that a regular person can understand. Professional, Respectful, kind, communicative and so good at what he does! He is very honest with you about what’s absolutely necessary and what you may/may not have a little time left with. We feel very comfortable with his work and know others will be too.

A friend of mine recommended Mr. Cortez from a job done long ago. I met Mr. Cortez who assessed my roof problems, and he said that he was going to repair my roof, but after multiple calls, and two months of saying he would do the job, he never scheduled a day to repair the roof, I gave up.
