Unit still under warranty only 4 years old put in by Cosby and I’ve already had to call twice for AC not working. Was quoted $800 today for a leak. The first call made was within the 1 year warranty and the leak was never fixed. I am beyond upset. Then on top of that I called another company in and they show me where the system was previously welded on and repaired. I have never called another company other than Cosby for service so this mean through Habitat via Cosby I was given a used system when it was supposed to be brand new. I know the owner personally and I just don’t believe this is the quality of work his company would go for.

We have always had great service from Cosby's. They're on time and the prices are reasonable. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. One time, I needed a replacement for a part in my AC unit. Jason took the time to contact the manufacturer and found out the part was still under warranty - that saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend these good folks!

Great Communication. Fast response to repairing my refrigerator. Very reasonable charges. I will use them again.

He replaced 2 parts and cleaned my heat pump inside and out and the charge was very low!!! He explained everything he did and also told me what to try if I have future issues before I called them !!!! Very nice !! I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Our old AC system went out and I called, and Lonnie came and diagnosed it correctly. We had to have a new unit they ordered and came when they said they would, and Dustin and Jordan came installed the new unit and done an excellent job. I strongly recommend Cosby Heating and Cooling. The cost was very competitive especially the quality equipment they used.
