Loved our Rep, but extremely disappointed that the company would not warranty a crack that should not had occurred. The only warning we were given is to not place hot pans directly on surface. Never warned about using items like toasters, raised skillets, etc on the counter. Who doesn't do that? I would not recommend purchasing Silestone quartz countertops. I would have gone granite had I known how delicate this product is.

I realize that the COVID has affected the way business is done, but it doesn’t excuse not answering the phone, not returning phone calls, nor not allowing anyone in - when there isn’t any other customer in the building - just because an appointment.wasn’t made. How can one get an appointment when no one is communicating?

Unhelpful and patronizing....never underestimate your callers knowledge and skills level We spent our countertop budget elsewhere....
