Caleb was great with introducing us to the store layout and how to best achieve quality and value. Very responsive in providing quotes for options we selected. Both Caleb and Joey were also very accommodating on a busy day with pulling stone slabs so we could see more closely. All around great vibe and broad spectrum of options.

Our realtor recommended Cost Less and he was dead on. Great sales people. Tobin spent lots of time with us and is very knowledgeable. Lots of selection and excellent prices.

We did some major renovations in our home: replaced the carpet, kitchen countertops and tiled three bathrooms. We purchased all of the materials from Cost Less Carpet. What a great place, the selection is huge and the staff is wonderful. The process of choosing colors and styles can be very difficult. Fortunately the girls helped us every step of the way, we couldn’t have done it without them. Most importantly, we’re thrilled with the results! Don’t even think about an interior renovation project without going to Cost Less Carpet!

I can't thank Jason Havens and Cost Less Carpet enough. They do right by their customers! They have ethics and follow-through. I bought carpet from them in 2023. The shopping experience was great--they have tons of samples and good advice. We had a problem relating to the carpet installed on our stairs, and Jason worked with me a whole year after it was installed. He redid the job at no cost to me, and it looks great (see pic)!
