Cost Less Carpet of College Place

We had torn the carpet and sub-floor out for Cost-Less to replace. The lack of effort and attention to detail is staggering. We have had to call them back three times for mistakes/bad cuts/ improper spacing on our new laminate flooring. They tore our ice maker line apart (which we now have to replace) and left our base boards in a state of ill-repair. We called them out and they repaired the problems that we initially caught...but we have continued to find problems. The more time we have had with the floor, the less impressed we are. It feels like they rushed to finish rather than taking the time to do everything right.

The customer service here is excellent! Do not waste your time with the big box stores (Home Depot). The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable & eager to help.

This place had everything we needed. We found the carpet we wanted. We got a quote the same day, and the carpet was installed that weekend. it worked out great.

We did what was almost a full gut of our 1924 home that was new to us. Cost less Carpet, with the help of Kirk, Monica, and Michael, helped us select new wood flooring for the basement and multiple areas of tile. The tile was incredibly difficult to match but they did a great job and provided excellent contractors. They pulled us through some very stressful moments and we greatly appreciate that. We would not hesitate to use them again.

This store has lots of inventory. We searched for tile for a fireplace and Cost Plus Carpets had many choices in a variety of styles and different price ranges that we could take home TODAY. Everywhere else, the delivery for what we wanted was 2 weeks or more. Kirk was knowledgeable, helpful and found us exactly what we needed at a great price.
