I worked with and bought carpet and LVP… Jordan was great to work with. Professional.. knowledgeable.. came to my house.. for measurements.. and worked out a good price competitively! Thank you Jordan My installer Hugo and his team were on time.. made sure all the supplies were correct…did installation in less time than expected…professional and friendly! House looks beautiful…. My husband and I are novices when it comes to carpet. We went to a number of places and then to Cost Less Carpet of Spokane. Tim helped us look and understand different levels of carpet. I chose one and we paid, went home and my husband said he wasn't confident with what I had chosen. We went back the next day and he picked out a carpet he liked. It cost a bit more so we paid and went home. The next day we went back to look at our choice, Tim had to deal with us again. We looked everything over and decided our second choice was perfect. Thank you for your patience Tim! Then installation: Caesar and Mayela were our installers. They are the kindest, caring couple and we were so grateful for their presence in our home. Some workmen can be challenging if they are in your home for long periods

Choosing a place to buy carpet was frustrating at Home Depot and Lowes. A friend told me to check out Cost Less Carpet, they are under new Management. Best decision I’ve made during my remodel process. Tim was patient, had great suggestions and had an estimator out to measure in less than 24 hours. The installer, Hugo was hardworking and experienced. Can not say enough about what a positive experience this has been, thank you Tim & Team! We love our carpet and will be back for our tile!

Heidi offered exceptional service and really helped me identify the right tile I was looking for. Very patient and went out of her way to make calls for size options. The store has affordable options in general. Definitely a place to check out.
