Cost Plus Plaza ABM Parking

I would highly highly recommend to park here, especially if you’re at a nearby hotel. Here’s how our experience was. We parked here Wednesday through Sunday. Overnight parking is a flat fee of $30. This allows in and out access throughout the day as much as you want, however they close the door at 8pm. So if you are not back then to park, you call for an extra fee. Also if you’re only parking for one night, you need to get your car by 11am. If you are not doing overnight parking, you can park for $10 during the week and $20 for the weekend. I believe this gets you in and out access, but I would ask to verify. It felt safe and there was always someone there watching over the cars.

So we parked our car here right, says they close at 10pm. We get back at 9:30ish and its closed. Theres another family there who tells us that the worker told them 10pm. We call the number and they send a guy out. He pulls up and gets outta the car, says its $40. The mom from the other family says that the previous worker told her 10pm. This guy says that it was actually 9:40 and then we tell him that we got there at 9:30ish and he just shrugs at us. Again brings up the $40, We say the money is in the car, he says no. We say ok we’ll go get other cash then, he says no i need it now then proceeds to throw in that the money isnt for him, its for the company. 0 stars! The street sign said $10; they asked me how long I was staying and I said, until 9pm or 10pm. He then told me it was $20. When I questioned it, they said $10 was only for one hour. I confirmed the sign said $10 daily. This happened to the car in front of me. Also, echoing another review, this is not a 24 hour lot and they have different hours each day. The parking hours sign is NOT easily visible to drivers. I accept the fault of not seeing that they closed at 8pm. Despite telling the attendant I had planned to be there later, they said nothing about the hours to me. I called the number posted at 8:20pm when the door was closed with my car trapped inside. DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! The guys who work here will harass you. Not only did I experience this but so did my coworker! I wish I could give this place zero stars! I experienced a worker trying to ask me very personal questions when all I wanted to ask about were the rates. I had to repeat no no thank you all the way to my car and lock the door to leave the garage. And my coworker informed me that the day before one of staff asked if she was married (she said yes) and he continuously kept hitting on her and grabbing her arm as she walked out of the garage to get to work, he also took a photo with her and asked for her number so he could send it to her. She was really upset because she was afraid he might do something to get car or her if she didn’t comply. She has to get home to

Please note that this parking IS NOT 24 hrs they are closing at about 8 pm & u will not have acess to ur car till next morning and you will pay full day park Or you call them and they will charge you 100$ in addition to ur ticket in order to release your car.
