Cost U Less Flooring

We ordered flooring from the American Fork location and then when the floor was ready, they did not inform us; we finally had to call them wondering why it was taking so long to find out the floor was ready. We also were then informed for the first time that we would have to drive clear to Salt Lake City to get the flooring even though we ordered it from American Fork. I would not have bought the flooring from them if I’d known I would have to drive almost an hour away from where I live to pick it up. The pickup location in Salt Lake also closes early at 4:00, so it made it very difficult with work schedules to go pick it up.

We replaced laminate wood flooring ourselves that we purchased from here in a previous house in Sep 2020 and it is wonderfully durable and beautiful. We replaced carpet in 4 bedrooms Dec 2024 in our current home. The carpet quality, the service and cost were amazing. I am now returning to replace different flooring with the same product I purchased 6 months ago just in a different part of our home. :) Our neighbors recently followed our referral and replaced flooring this past month & are happy. Highly recommended.

We haven’t gotten our floors done, but we came to the store to check it out and the ladies who helped us were so kind, helpful and patient!! They allow you to take a sample to your home and trust you to bring it back. So far a GREAT experience!! We will be back when we’re ready to change our flooring!

Cost u less just installed LVP and carpet in my house. Their staff was friendly, professional, extremely helpful in an answering all of my questions, and they did an excellent install job. I have had carpet & flooring done several times in different places and this is the first company I would go back to. I highly recommend them!

Had Cost U less flooring come to my condo 3 weeks ago. Got an estimate to remove and replace carpet. Was given a very reasonable price for all carpet removal and replaced. Called Cost U less flooring. Ask if they could commit to being to my condo the beginning of the following week. And I'd pay them in full rather than percentage of estimate or payments. They agreed and paid before had full price. They showed up Monday morning at 9am had removed and replaced carpet Before 3pm! Extremely Happy with Cost U Less flooring! There service! And comment to our over the phone verbal agreement! Highly recommend Cost U Less flooring !!!
