Costco Wholesale

Costco. Decent parking. Samples. 1.50$ hot dog and drink. What more is there to know? Will say this Costco is stocked well. Even, when living closer to Tacoma, we would still make the trip to Lacey Costco as it is easier to navigate parking. Great Prosecco for a great deal!

This location is much better than the others in the area. It is much less busy and doesn't have the same hectic feel as many of the other Costcos. Costco needs to upgrade their self-checkout experience, it is terribly thought-out for a warehouse store. You can't use a scanner gun yourself and you need to place items on the platform scale (which is joke when most items are huge). They already check receipts at the door so there is no reason they shouldn't allow customers to scan and go with their phones while they shop. Walmart has been doing this for years, Costco needs to catch up.

Truckers, backing. As always nice people, costco in general is easy. But this store has no forward room if you have a sleeper you have to fight. Would be easier if employees choose to park anywhere but in front of the docks. I dont have a day cab, if I did I wouldn't mind. But park employees somewhere else so trucks can.have thatch more room to get straight. My least favorite costco because of docks and where employees park. Block off those spots till your deliveries are done at least.

As a loyal business member of Costco for over 30 years, I was quite taken back by being asked to leave. Apparently executive members can shop early. (9am-10am) I was there six minutes before 10 and was told I had to wait till 10 AM. I found this to be extremely rude and terrible customer service. No sign up to inform customers, just hours posted out front. Makes me wish Costco had an actual competitor in town!

All the staff have always been super helpful and always friendly. Especially during the holidays this has been a blessing. As an example, it's been raining mostly nonstop for weeks. So the carts are wet and people are in a hurry to under cover. I wasn't in a rush, so I let the older folks and the moms with kids go ahead of me to get under the breezeway and there was an employee bringing in a long line of carts, so I waited for him to go by too. He noticed and told me to hold up a second. He pulled a cart that was mostly dry and dried it off all the way for me. Some might think that a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. I wish I could have seen his name badge to thank him by name. He had dark skin and longer dark hair, maybe in braids or locs? I don't know how they do it when the store
