Costco Wholesale

Costco is always busy....but you couldn't tell by the excellent customer service you receive from their employees! Yana was above and beyond helpful to a young women who was struggling to push her cart of groceries, while juggling 3 lil kids while buying them some pizza....she didn't hesitate to offer a hand in walking her to her car. It's employees like her....who make Costco stand out against the rest. Keep up the good work.

I placed a whole cheese pizza order @8:10pm when I got out from shopping at Costco @8:32pm I was told that they only had pepperoni pizzas, we are not ALL meat eaters.I placed my order on the kiosk. Please remove a weird bearded glasses dude. We always have issues when he is there. Horrible customer service. They expected me to come back the next day. I wasn’t even afforded a refund until I requested.

I'm very disappointed at Costco in Mexico, their prices are ridiculously expensive in Mexico, things cost alot more than un the USA, items we pay in the USA we compared that for every $20, it cost about $5 more in Mexico Costco, I understand tariffs are a bit higher but as an exporter there is no way it cost so much to stock their stores in Mexico and their wages are no where near the wages in the USA.

We always shop at different Costco locations and never had problem checking out, except today. Cashier needs to be more patient with customer specifically when everybody in a hurry. Maybe need to be polite and not arrogant to customers. Maybe the price of wine posted label different from what the scanner said , we don’t know we just go by the price labeled . Try to be nice next time.

I had a disappointing experience at this Costco on March 3, 2026 in the afternoon with a cashier named Adrian. I recently became a Costco member and had a Costco gift card to use. Since the membership desk is located near the exit, I planned to complete my purchase with the gift card and then stop by the membership counter on my way out to get my physical ID. Costco gift cards are allowed to be used for purchases, so this should not have been an issue. Instead of calmly explaining the process, Adrian had a rude attitude during the transaction and raised his voice, which frightened my mother who was with me. If someone is unhappy working directly with customers, they probably should not be in a front-facing customer service position. Perhaps a different role in the store would be a better
