Costco Wholesale

This Costco is a great place to shop and it's favorite store in the area. You can buy so many things at once for a very great price, and the quality is always great. I especially like the fresh fruit and the cheap rotisserie chicken. The store is very clean, and the workers are fast and friendly. Before I leave, I always stop at the food court to get my cookie, and go get gas. It is the best place to go if you want to save money and get good items for your home. Don't forget they have free samples. That adds a star right there.

I was shopping for a new laptop for school and visited this Costco to compare options and prices. I’d like to give a special thank you to Amber in the electronics/tech department. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions about the different products. She took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the laptop that best fit my needs. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received - thank you, Amber! :)

I visited this Toledo location while traveling from out of state, and it was the most uncomfortable experience I have had at any Costco. At the entrance, I scanned my membership card and walked in with my friend, who was right next to me. When my name was called, I turned around to see the entrance employee stopping them, even though they were clearly with me and not separated in any way. We are of different races, and the interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. At checkout, my friend had my wallet in their purse. My membership card had already been scanned, and I asked for my wallet back so I could pay. The cashier responded in a dismissive tone and gave us a dirty look, stating that because I scanned the card, I would have to pay. It was my membership card and my purchase, and

Wife dragged me there for the first time. EH!! It's ok! If you know how to shop the prices can be made anywhere. Without a membership! And variety is a bit underwhelming. But if you like walking around taste testing things ( the $1.50 hotdog and drink are actually good ), and buying a years toilet paper all at once. It's cool to check out! ✌️🥴

I want to to take a second to thank Shelly (she is the person that checks receipts on our way out) I paid for a couple of items and forgot two of the items when i was boxing them up. I remembered once i got home, so i went back to Costco to see if those items were still there and Shelly was so helpful and listened to what happened. She supported me and told me to speak with the supervisor and helped me solve my problem. Another thank you for supervisor, Kadip ( Im not sure how to spell her name). They both were very helpful and very much appreciated.
