Generally speaking, I love Costco. The product line is excellent and service is usually good. November 24, 2025 8 pm, service in the return line was abysmal. The line was long and far out the door and in half an hour, they were only able to process a couple customers. One girl (Miaa?) could not figure out how to process a return and needed to take a poll among several employees to figure out what to do. The supervisors were standing around and instead of manning one of the many open registers to process the waiting customers, they just fiddled with their clipboards and watched the line grow. When it was finally my turn, Maia/Miaa was so rude and insolent it was shocking. I’ve been shopping at Costco for years, and it’s consistently one of the best places to buy in bulk. The prices are hard to beat, especially on household essentials, electronics, and groceries. The store is clean, well-organized, and restocked frequently, even during busy weekends. The quality of their in-house products is excellent, and the return policy gives real peace of mind. Staff members are usually friendly and efficient, and checkout moves faster than you’d expect considering how crowded it can get. Parking can be hectic during peak hours, but overall the savings and product quality make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to stretch their budget without sacrificing quality.

Hands down the most poorly run Costco I have ever experienced. Walked in looking for a particular item that the website showed was in stock. Couldn't find it, so asked an associate where else I might look. Showed him the item on the Costco app, and he said, "I have never seen that in this warehouse in my life." I pointed out that the app said they were the only warehouse in the area that was supposed to have them. He took a second look and then walked me straight to the item. Walked to self-checkout with my 2 versions of my item, and was happy to see there were about 10 open registers. As I walked up, an associate told me that they were "pre-scanning" the self checkout, so I would have to get in line. Not much to say about Costco other than the one 1️⃣ stop 🛑 for all of your needs; for yourself and family, your home 🏠, your business, your health, kitchen, yard, automobile, travel, and anything else you may need. What’s not available in store is available online. The annual membership tiers are gold for $69 and Executive for &130. I like the cantina, specially the Caesar salad and the 100% beef 🥩 hotdog 🌭.
