Costello Fuel Oil, Inc.

Been ordering from Costello for a few years now. It's always same day or first thing next day. They always have up to date prices on their website; the account feature makes it so quick to do another order. Last time I ordered, they delivered the next day but oil prices spiked because of Middle East conflicts, and they still honored my price at the previous days rate. Who else would do that?

Prices are very good delivery is great and if you have to go into the office, they’re really really nice people to deal with !!

Owner never called to make things right like I was told he would. Wife (receptionist) called the police on me after telling me to go to their office to which I did. I also brought evidence in question backing my story, and one of their employees lying… I was so dumbfounded and frantic my children don’t have heat, she couldn’t comprehend a mother doing her job, and the discrimination she placed on me. Basically I ordered oil that I didn’t fully receive and didn’t receive service that was typical as previous. Someone new came and didn’t lock my oil tank either to which they claimed someone stole my oil, (if that’s the case that’s like a realator showing a house and leaving the door unlocked then saying it’s your fault because it’s your home, or giving your keys to a mechanic who leaves your

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first time I’ve ever called them they have been nothing but respectful And extremely helpful they’re super fast at Getting your delivery done and just have amazing people at this company!
