Recently, while we were away, our oil burner failed. Upon learning of this and with a 10 degree overnight forecast, I called for emergency service. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone. Cota and Cota had a tech to the house before the end of the day. Although they couldn’t make the repair that day due to a lack of parts, we were assured they would have it resolved the following day. The following day, bright and early a tech arrived with the needed parts in hand and completed the work. When we returned, there was no evidence to suggest they were there and everything was fixed. Your plumber came to the house to install 2 water tank floats. There were 2 guys at the house for 15 minutes. they replaced one and left the second sitting on the tank. They informed my mother that the second one was working fine. The entire float system inside the device was missing so it just kept filling the tank causing it to overflow. I drove 2 hours down the next day, saw the new float sitting next to the tank and installed it. Problem was corrected. I have to question why they didn’t install both of them.

We were playing phone tag with other plumbers for months before we tried Cota & Cota. We weren't receiving oil service from them, but they agreed to sign us up for plumbing contracts.
