I’m born and raised in Odessa, and Cote’s has serviced my various homes many times. Yesterday was no different. Always prompt and get the job done at an honest price. Abby was very responsive and pleasant. Steve was great and had my rental home back up and running fast. I would highly recommended using their Team for any of your Septic needs!

Guys did a good job. Cost was over 1200. When I reviewed my in voice I saw a 42.00 charge for my debit card. Amazing the 1200+ wasn’t enough add a charge For my card. Bad taste for a nice job done. No manual was Left for pump installed I save in my files. If you use them don’t use your card you will be charged. Amazing.

Twice I’ve used Cote’s and they’ve provided excellent service and fair pricing. They even replaced our pump in the rain. I call that going above and beyond. The office staff is polite and professional. I’ll use them again and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks !!

We had Cotes come out to look at the septic tank/system at our property and was told we needed a whole new system Because of root growth. We Had a couple great conversations and was told somebody would be out to start working on the septic design for the new system and to get all the pricing put together for us. They told us they had a spot open in February and we said we would like to get on it. We have now been trying to get a hold of somebody for the past several weeks with nobody calling us back. Really not sure what’s going on.

This company did my septic system back in March and I have got to say that I do not think I could have gotten better service and quality from anywhere else. I worked with Mark and he was great at explaining the complicated process with me from start to finish. Mark also taught me how to maintain the system once they were done and gave me a few packets to flush down the toilet once a month. The price was fair and they were very careful not to damage my property with the excavator they used. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job for us!
