I was initially hesitant to hire a cleaning service for my home, but I'm glad I overcame my fears and gave it a try. I don’t have every room cleaned; only my bathrooms and kitchen. Ashlyn, our cleaning technician, exceeds expectations with her meticulous and efficient work, often going the extra mile. She is always friendly and cheerful. Regarding Cottage Care, we are very satisfied. They respond promptly to our requests and keep us informed about schedule changes. They occasionally follow up to ensure our satisfaction, which they prioritize. Overall, Cottage Care and their team are outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with their service.
